If you think your data protection rights have been breached, you can lodge a complaint with your national Data Protection Authority (DPA). Retention of Data

The School will endeavor to deliver the program in accordance with the descriptions in the webpage. However, there may be occasions where it becomes necessary or desirable for changes to be made, either before or after enrollment.
The School reserves the right to, with or without prior notice, make changes to the program including, amongst others, the curriculum, structure, schedule, venue, instructors, mode of delivery, or method of assessments.
In particular, the School has the discretion to substitute face-to-face teaching with online, hybrid or other appropriate mode, where the circumstances so require.
In cases of insufficient enrollment or exceptional circumstances, the School reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a program, but every effort will be made to minimize such occurrence. By enrolling in the program, you are deemed to have accepted the above terms.
